| DemiGraphics:: Job Opportunities:: Posted 07/04/2005 Position: Web Site Programmer Employment Type: Freelance/Subcontractor Description: DemiGraphics is currently reviewing resumes of Web Site Programmers for our web site development projects that require custom programming. Web Programmers who meet our requirements will be notified via e-mail each time a project is open for bidding. Project notification e-mails will include project description as well as Client's proposed budget for the particular project. Web Programmers will then bid for the project, and the Web Programmers with the most competitively priced bid will for the most part receive the contract. Not all contracts will be given to the lowest bidder, but rather to the Web Programmers whom DemiGraphics believes is most capable of exceeding our Client's expectations. Web Programmers shall be rated based on the following 3 factors: quality of work, turnaround time, and price. Web Programmers that shall receive the most contracts will be those who display the greatest balance of these 3 factors. Requirements:
Salary: Non-salary, pay-per-contract position. Compensation per contract shall be based on a high/low estimate provided by the Web Programmer to DemiGraphics, and shall be finalized upon approval of final estimate between DemiGraphics and the Client. Compensation is non-negotiable after final estimate is approved by both DemiGraphics and the Client. DemiGraphics shall act as a liaison between Web Programmer and Client for the duration of the contract, and the Web Programmer is neither responsible nor obligated to contact or be contacted by the Client unless approved otherwise by DemiGraphics. Depending on the size of the project and unless notified otherwise, compensation shall be delivered to the Web Programmer as follows: Web Programmer shall receive an initial 50% deposit from DemiGraphics based on final agreed estimate so as to initiate the project; upon final approval of finished work by the Client and closing of the contract, Web Programmer shall receive the remaining 50% of agreed estimate. |
